The design of CIAK All Day Italian is a restoration of an Italian town, with its country house style windows, red brick façade walls, and parquet tiles. These elements create an atmosphere reminiscent of a lively plaza, inviting guests to indulge in the pleasures of Italian cuisine.

The centerpiece of the restaurant is a wooden decoration that mimics natural tree branches, connecting to a radiating aluminum ceiling with a wood surface finish. This unique feature adds a touch of nature to the space, creating a warm and inviting ambiance.

Near the entrance, a display of grocery products pays homage to the old Italian grocery philosophy, where high-quality products are openly showcased for customers to select. This adds an authentic touch to the dining experience, allowing guests to appreciate the quality and craftsmanship of Italian ingredients.

At the back of the restaurant, an overhead projector plays videos of old movies on a screen from time to time. This creates a nostalgic atmosphere, reminiscent of watching movies in an old theater. Visitors can sit on the comfortable sofas and immerse themselves in the golden years of Hollywood, recalling the glamour of the 1930s and 1940s.

The design team, led by Monique Lee, carefully researched Italian culture and the concept of Dolce Vita to ensure an authentic and immersive experience. The project, which started in February 2016 and finished in June 2016, was located in Hong Kong, bringing a taste of Italy to the bustling city.

CIAK All Day Italian has been recognized for its outstanding design, receiving the Bronze A' Design Award in 2017 in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category. This prestigious award celebrates designs that showcase creativity, resourcefulness, and a commitment to improving the quality of life.
